Description

1. SHOT: test button to activate the dispensing, which has the same function as foot pedal.
2. CW/CCW: Press one time, pump head rotates counter-clockwise. Continue to press, pump head rotates clockwise.

How to install the Teflon tubing

Thread tubing through nozzle

Thread tubing through applicator(pen)

Installing tubing on pump assembly

Secure tubing to tube holder

Switch pump to manual mode, and step foot pedal to keep the pump head running

Push down on the tube guide gently to avoid kinking the tube

Set the spring loaded guide lock

Release the trigger from the foot pedal.

Insert tube into adhesive container

Secure the second tube holder

Run continuously to get adhesive to fill the tubing

How to use the peristaltic dispenser

It is easy to operate this peristaltic dispensing machine, follow me to learn it.

Manual mode

1. Connect all necessary parts and wire line, plug in and turn the machine on and dial the mode button to MAN.
2. Install the Teflon tubing(refer to the above way of installing tube)
3. Press CW or CCW to confirm the rotating direction of pump head, we choose CW.
4. Set the Vacuum suction function through VAC.ADJ, turning clockwise is up, turning counter-clockwise is down. Better turn off this function If using manual mode.
5. Regulate the DIS.ADJ knob to get the optimal rotating speed(normal work speed is from 50-120 RPM)
6. Press SHOT or foot pedal switch to start working.

Auto mode

1. Push the metal knob to TIME, indicating light on.
2. Dial the “DISPENSE TIME”code keys to adjust the proper angle of dispensing(spit-out amount of glue).
3. Follow above step 2, 3, 4, 5, 6.

How to choose the tubing

0-1000 CPS(using ø0.2*Ø0.7,  ø0.5*Ø1.0 tubing)

1000-5000 CPS(using ø0.5*Ø1.0, ø1.0*Ø1.5 tubing)

5000-10000 CPS(using above ø1.0*Ø1.5 tubing)
