It can be used on glue dispensing valve, which can meet the necessary requirement of more than 1 air inlets. Besides, it also can be used on production line in factory, which can save almost half of purchasing cost and space.
3. It is a pneumatic dispensing machine, so it has to work with air source like air compressor, the required input pressure is 35 psi to 100 psi. Output pressure is from 1 psi to 78 psi, If the output pressure is high, please use our original accessories.
4. Dispensing time can be adjusted from 0.01s to 99.99s, users can set the number based on the actual demands.
5. Interval time is from 0.1s to 9.9s, which is to applicable to AUTO mode, If you use manual mode, this function is useless.
6. There are 16 DIP modes in total, besides the F1 is Manual mode, the rest 15 modes are automatic ones, which means, after triggering the switch, the dispenser will work automatically based on the set procedure.
7. This dispenser has function of Vacuum back suction, which is to stop the glue from dripping during the interval between 2 dispensing. This is specially for some thin fluids, If you work it with thick glue or paste, please directly ignore this function.
8. There are 2 ways to trigger the controller unit: foot pedal and finger switch attaching on the syringe, 2 switches come in the packaging, you can choose any one when you use this glue dispensing machine.
