TT Plastic Tapered Tip With Luer Lock Threaded Hub – Blunt Dispensing Needles
This tapered tip is made of fully plastic – polyethylene, which is disposable, the length is 30mm. There are lots of other gauge sizes available including 10G, 11G, 13G, 14G, 15G, 16G, 18G, 20G, 21G, 22G, 23G, 27G and 30G.
The biggest feature of this tapered tip is that it can use with very high viscosity glues, pastes, users don’t need to set very high air pressure to actuate the material, the reason is its special tapered structure.
Tips have color coded hubs, which is double helix hub for leak free during using, which can fit all standard syringe barrels, fittings, dosing valves and luer bottles. Users can twist onto luer lock syrings or push onto luer slip barrels easily.
It is industrial grade safe, which can bear air pressure up to 100 psi, it is not sterilized and never used for medical purposes.
It is silicone and chloride free, so don’t worry the contamination during use. Colored plastic with UV filter protection.
