Flexible Polypropylene Tips – 0.5 Inch & 1.5 Inches Length Teflon Tips
Flexible tips are not same as the conventional plastic and stainless steel dispensing needles, because material of tubing is polypropylene rather than the traditional stainless steel.
Because the tubing can be bent, Flexible tips are used for work situations that require scratch-free results to target substrates or it needs the tip to be inserted into the curved and complex place, which is very suitable in place of small areas or holes.
Tips are produced based on high-grade standard and procedure, to make sure it has excellent performance on fluency and consistency.
Flexible tips have various gauge sizes from 14 to 25 and 2 kinds of tubing length 0.5” and 1.5”, and color coded hub is also available, please see details in our below table.
Threaded hub to use with any dispensing syringes, barrels, dispensing bottles, valves with luer lock or luer slip, It prevents the material from leaking under the high pressure.
All tips are silicone and chloride free, which is to ensure there is no contamination during use.
Suitable for thin glue or fluids, for example cyanoacrylate quick-dry glues
